ImuPro concept - Reliable IgG testing with personalised patient report

Reliable IgG Diagnostics

The ImuPro concept is based on the established laboratory diagnostics ELISA (Enzyme-linked ImmunoSorbent Assay) for the detection of specific IgG antibodies against food antigens in human serum. The plates and reagents for this ELSIA test are produced at R-Biopharm headquarters in Germany and fulfil the highest quality standards. The sample can be collected via serum sample or with a special blood collection kit, which can even be used at home. The IgG food allergy test (product name RIDASCREEN® Spec. IgG Foodscreen) is performed in a specialized in vitro diagnostic laboratory. The antibodies are detected by their ability to bind to specific proteins from up to 270 analysed foods.

Note: ImuPro does not examine classic IgE-mediated allergies (type I) or intolerances to lactose, fructose and histamine.

Personalised Report and Guidance

Based on his individual test results, the patient receives documents and customised nutritional guidelines. These documents include:

  • detailed report with accurate results for each single allergen tested
  • personal nutritional guidelines for changing the diet
  • individual recipe book (ImuPro Complete only)

The personalised guidelines enable the patient to change his diet based on a rotation principle. The nutritional strategy includes 3 phases: elimination, provocation and stabilization. This strategy helps the patient to identify his potential trigger foods and to change his diet for his way to better health.

The Product Portfolio

The ImuPro Screen tests food specific IgG for 22 foodstuffs and is a simple way to find out whether you may have an IgG food allergy quickly and at a reasonable price. A specialised laboratory performs a reliable diagnostic test (ELISA) to measure IgG antibodies to the most common foods causing elevated IgG levels in your blood.

  • Reliable diagnostic test (qualitative; 22 foods)
  • Report containing individual results for all tested foods at a glance
  • Reasonable price
  • Decision-making aid

Based on the results of the antibody titer, the foodstuffs are then categorized into two groups:

  •    Not elevated
  •    Elevated

If ImuPro Screen shows that there are elevated levels of IgG antibodies to certain foodstuffs, it would make sense to carry out the complex individual testing of 270 food allergens using ImuPro Complete. In that case, you would receive extensive nutritional guidance and support. Since more foods would be tested, you would also have more alternatives for the 4-day rotation.

You receive these results in a brief summary report, see below:
